employing the skills of a Chartered Arbitrator, Accredited Adjudicator, Mediator and Conciliator, International Dispute Board Member and Dispute Adviser, Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Civil Engineer.
I am available for appointment by agreement of the Parties to the Dispute or via the appointment service of any of the Professional Institutions of which I am a Disputes Panel Member.
EXPERT WITNESS
employing the skills of a Chartered Civil Engineer, provided the matter in dispute falls within my professional competence and experience.
QUANTUM EXPERT
in respect of the measurement of works of civil engineering and building construction, the valuation of contract accounts and the calculation of simple and compound interest under fixed or variable interest rates.
DISPUTE BOARD MEMBER OR CHAIRMAN
I am available for appointment either as a Member or Chairman of Standing Dispute Boards that are appointed at the commencement of projects or AD-Hoc Dispute Boards that are appointed when a dispute arises.
DISPUTE ADVISER
I am also available for appointment as a Dispute Adviser, or one-man Dispute Board, either Standing from the start of the project, or Ad-Hoc. However appointment from the start of the project would be better, as it would give me the opportunity to assist the parties to avoid disputes.
